What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to EMEA sales leadership, identifying performance gaps and tailoring enablement programs to regional needs.
- Design and deliver impactful enablement programs, from onboarding to advanced training, ensuring consistent adoption of Mimecast’s sales methodology.
- Equip sales teams with competitive insights, tools, and strategies to win in the EMEA market.
- Use data to measure enablement program effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like marketing, pre‑sales, and customer success to align enablement with go‑to‑market strategies.
- Drive adoption of enablement tools like Seismic, ensuring sellers have access to the right resources.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a revenue‑facing role within B2B SaaS or technology.
- 3+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role.
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies and a history of successfully embedding them into enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, including regional buyer behaviors and multilingual selling environments.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for delivering engaging enablement sessions across time zones.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with enablement platforms (Seismic preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce), and virtual collaboration tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cybersecurity, email security, or cloud security industries.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or Value Selling frameworks.
- Experience supporting sales teams through organizational changes or competitive shifts.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required.
The base salary range for this position is £56,000−£84,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
