Global Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partner reports to the Senior Director of Field & Productivity Enablement and bridges the gap between Global Enablement and Sales Engineering. The role empowers sales engineers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel while creating technical value for customers.
What You'll Do
- Empower our Sales Engineering teams, both individual contributors and leadership, by providing the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to excel in their roles.
- Work closely with leadership, establishing yourself as a key member of their extended leadership team.
- Define and execute a tailored enablement plan aligned with specific needs.
- Deliver training, share best practices, and provide resources to enhance the effectiveness of Sales Engineers, including guidance for individual contributors and strategies for leadership to improve team productivity.
- Shape and continually refine the onboarding program for new Sales Engineers, ensuring it meets the unique needs of the team and offering support to those starting their journey in technical sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enablement initiatives and build relationships with leaders at various levels.
- Manage and prioritize enablement requests based on their expected impact on the business, using strategic judgment for resource allocation.
- Partner with global counterparts to create efficient and scalable enablement content, reducing duplication and ensuring relevance to a broader audience.
- Develop and manage enablement programs for Sales Engineering teams from individual contributors to leaders to help meet and exceed targets.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrable experience in enterprise software and technical sales enablement, technical sales engineering, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and methodologies relevant for both individual contributors and leadership.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from sales engineers to executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, make strategic decisions, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
The base salary range for this position is £56,000−£84,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
