This is an opportunity based on site in Rye, supporting operational teams across health, safety, environmental and quality (SHEQ) activities. You will play a key role in maintaining safe operations, robust management systems, and strong regulatory compliance.
The Role
- You will support the site leadership team with day-to-day Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) activities, helping ensure safe and compliant operations.
- Supporting risk assessments, hazard identification and safe systems of work.
- Assisting with contractor safety and site inductions.
- Supporting incident and near-miss investigations.
- Helping monitor H&S and environmental performance.
- Supporting audits, inspections and ISO-based management systems.

- Background in health & safety or SHEQ within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
