We are looking for two experienced Working Supervisors to join a well-established team delivering responsive maintenance works across occupied residential properties. What we are looking for (essential):

  • SSSTS (minimum), SMSTS desirable
  • Valid CSCS Supervisor Card
  • Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3)
  • Proven experience as a Working Supervisor / Working Foreman within responsive maintenance
  • Strong background working in occupied residential properties, including urgent repairs, follow-on works, and in-day re-planning
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work
  • Experience working in KPI-driven environments, where quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction really matter
  • Confident using CAFM / job management systems (e.g. Maximo, Optimise) and standard IT tools
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Eligible for, or already holding, Security Clearance (SC)

Highly desirable:

  • Experience working on MOD, social housing, local authority, or government contracts
  • A multi-trade background, with the ability to diagnose issues, challenge workmanship, and ensure right-first-time delivery
  • Experience working in secure or high-compliance environments

Important to note:

This role is not suited to candidates whose background is predominantly in commercial construction, fit-out, new build, civils, logistics, or general site-based project delivery. The operating model here is very much resident-focused, reactive, and maintenance-led.
