Are you an experienced MRF / Waste Transfer Manager with a track record in managing profitable operations? My client is one of the largest regional commercial waste management and recycling companies seeking an Experienced MRF Manager.

The role:

  • Responsible for safe and efficient running of waste management and recycling within the waste transfer station.
  • Controlling production input and output, ensuring processes run smoothly and managing expectations (outputs include crushed concrete, brick, soil, etc).
  • On-site Health & safety monitoring and ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Controlling budgets and attending meetings.
  • Direct interface with clients to assist with the resolution of customer concerns.
  • Work to improve site layout and operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must possess: current WAMTAB, IOSH, Machine Tickets, DVLC.
  • Strong commercial understanding of waste recycling.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Self-motivated as well as a good motivator.
