Sales Manager – Healthcare and Clinical Waste Solution Sales Applicants will only be considered if you have experience in Waste Management, particularly Clinical, Hazardous Waste or related Location: England – remote – you need to be able to travel easily to central England Salary: £50k-£70k plus 30% commission, car allowance, pension, personal healthcare About the Role: Please only apply if you have experience in Waste Management, particularly Clinical, Hazardous Waste As Business Development Manager for clinical waste, you will be responsible for promoting and selling waste management services to the Clinical and Healthcare market. This would include, hospitals, care homes, pharmaceutical companies and all other potential clinical hazardous waste producers. Your primary goal is to develop new business opportunities in the market, to identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector and to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. There will also be a portion of time devoted to inside sales and that of exploring and building on existing customer base. This is to include upselling and cross selling. Responsible for delivering transformational, profitable growth with some of the UKs largest and most complex industrial businesses. My client delivers a great customer experience and creates the best possible solutions to the problems their customers face when considering how to manage their waste, reduce their environmental impact and improve their green credentials. Ideal Candidate: My client requires a proactive, problem-solving sales hunter to maximize sales, revenue, and profitability. Using your excellent organisational and relationship management skills you’ll ensure a class-beating customer experience while seeking out opportunities for delivering added value for our clients and profitable growth.
