The Opportunity

We are working with a successful family-owned waste management business with around 95 employees, a fleet of 50 vehicles and its own mixed recycling and confidential shredding facilities in Cheltenham. They are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive growth across Gloucestershire. This is a genuine hunter role, focused on identifying, developing and winning new B2B customers. You'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, build your pipeline and sell a broad Total Waste Management (TWM) proposition.

What You'll Be Selling

  • A complete range of commercial waste solutions, including:
  • General and food waste
  • Mixed recycling
  • Confidential/security shredding
  • Bespoke waste solutions
  • Total Waste Management

Annualised contract values can range from £500 to £50,000+, with typical sales around £1,000 - £5,000. You'll be targeted to generate approximately £18,000 per month in annualised new business, with uncapped commission providing excellent earning potential.

About You

We're looking for a proven B2B new-business salesperson who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and closing deals. Ideally from waste management. You'll need to be commercially driven, self-motivated, comfortable with cold outreach and confident managing the full sales cycle. Full UK driving licence required.
