Our client is an exceptional organisation looking for a Sustainability Professional or Corporate Responsibility expert to lead their Social Values culture transformation. As Social Value Lead, you will be at the heart of their mission to integrate social value into everything they do.
Role:
- Develop and implement a social value strategy that aligns with the needs of the community
- Foster strong relationships with local schools, colleges, charities, and other community organisations, creating employment pathways for underrepresented groups
- Monitor and report on social impact to demonstrate success and areas of improvement
- Embed social value principles into contracts, projects, and business development processes
- Lead partnerships and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, driving real, measurable change in the community
