Salary: Up to £40k -£60k depending on experience

Role:

• Foster strong relationships with local schools, colleges, charities, and other community organisations, drive the Social Value offering with a commercial approach.
• Lead partnerships and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, driving real, measurable change in the community
• Monitor and report on social impact demonstrate success and areas of improvement
• Embed social value principles into contracts, projects, and business development processes
• Promote success stories and highlight positive impact through the marketing and communications teams

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in relationship building an understanding or passion for social value initiatives and driving impact within an organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
• Experienced in developing and delivering strategy, frameworks, policies, and reports
• A track record of measuring and reporting on social impact effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
