Job Description The Opportunity
Our client is a successful Total Waste Management business operating across the South West.

A strong Sales Director, a good culture and a business that is genuinely growing.

If you have waste or Facilities Management sales experience, we want to hear from you.

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the region, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

This is predominantly a new business role.

You will spend most of your time identifying, developing and winning new B2B customers, with a small existing base to look after and grow alongside it.

You will have the freedom to manage your own territory, build your pipeline and sell a broad Total Waste Management proposition.

What You Will Be Selling
A complete range of commercial waste solutions, including:

General and food waste
Mixed recycling
Confidential and security shredding
Bespoke waste solutions
Total Waste Management

Annualised contract values range from £500 to £50,000 and above, with typical sales around £1,000 to £5,000.

Commission is uncapped, with excellent earning potential.

About You
We are looking for a proven B2B new business salesperson who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and closing deals.

Ideally from waste management or Facilities Management.

You will need to be commercially driven, self-motivated, comfortable with cold outreach and confident managing the full sales cycle, from first call through to presenting to senior decision makers.

Strong presentation skills and comfort working with a CRM are both important.

Full UK driving licence required.
