Hungry new business hunter required to target SME customers across the Bristol region – fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to progress. Our client is a growing service-led organisation offering Facilities Management services including waste, cleaning and other commercial solutions. This is a field-based new business role focused on identifying decision makers, opening doors and winning SME customers. You will manage your own diary, build a strong pipeline and drive revenue growth across the Bristol region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the SME market
  • Research prospects and develop targeted outreach plans to generate leads
  • Build relationships with new clients and develop tailored proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements in line with revenue and margin goals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain accurate sales forecasts

Key Duties:

  • Target SME businesses across the Bristol region
  • Manage your own diary and field sales activity
  • Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and performance reports
  • Work closely with internal teams to support growth priorities

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Located within 45 minutes of Bristol
  • Proven new business sales or business development experience
  • Hungry, determined and confident opening new doors
  • Professional, hard-working and self-motivated
