Experienced Sales Manager required to build, lead and develop a high-performing commercial team within a growing service-led organisation. Our client is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of a newly formed sales function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building successful teams from the ground up.

You will play a key role in driving business growth, improving sales performance and creating a strong commercial culture across field sales, account management and telesales operations.

  • Lead and develop a newly established sales team including BDMs, Account Managers and Telesales Executives
  • Drive sales performance through effective coaching, performance management and clear commercial strategy
  • Develop and monitor sales plans, pipeline activity and forecasting accuracy to support business growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients and support long-term customer retention and revenue growth
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve lead generation, CRM management and sales processes
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
  • Develop sales plans and monitor pipeline activity
  • Manage performance reviews and coach team members
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation activity
  • Present forecasts and performance updates to senior management
  • Ensure the CRM system is updated with accurate information
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff
  • Implement sales processes that support consistent execution

Minimum 3-5 years' experience within a Sales Management role. Strong leadership background managing field sales, account management and telesales teams. Experience within FM, Logistics, Waste Management or other service-led sectors highly desirable. Commercially driven with strong pipeline management, forecasting and reporting capability. Motivated, energetic and capable of building and developing high-performing teams.
