About the Role
We are working with a leading organisation that is on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to help drive high-quality, efficient service delivery across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, people-focused position where you will play a key part in leading teams, ensuring operational excellence and promoting a strong culture of safety and performance. You will be instrumental in supporting service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring high standards across all operations. Key Responsibilities

About You

- NEBOSH or a relevant CPC qualification.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large or distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of health, safety and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Financial and resource management experience.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
