A leading UK provider of industrial environmental services and critical fuel infrastructure solutions is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager for its Belfast site. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior operational leadership role with a clear pathway to for career progression. .

Role:

Leading a multi-skilled team, you will ensure the smooth planning, coordination and execution of a broad range of technical and field-based services. The focus is on delivering high-quality, safe and efficient operations.

• Scheduling and coordinating work across multiple projects
• Producing work plans and methodology statements
• Managing on-site teams, equipment and fleet
• Monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and service
• Supporting continuous improvement and operational performance

Ideal Candidate:

Someone with strong organisational and leadership skills, ideally from an industrial, engineering, environmental or technical services background. You will be confident in leading teams, managing workloads and keeping operations running smoothly.

A proactive mindset and desire to take on greater responsibility over time will be essential, as this role has a clear succession path built in.
