The Role Act as the bridge between business and community, developing partnerships with schools, colleges, charities, and local organisations. Lead social value initiatives, embed frameworks into contracts, tenders, and growth plans, and champion strategy across the business — ensuring measurable outcomes and commercial impact. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with community organisations and stakeholders. * Implement social value frameworks into bids, tenders, and projects. * Lead initiatives with measurable social and commercial impact. * Collaborate with marketing and comms to showcase success.
