This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing service delivery, driving organisational transformation, and embedding operational excellence. The role requires a proven leader who thrives in challenging environments and can deliver results when service conditions, funding, or operating environments are under pressure. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across service-related industries such as FM, Construction, Waste, Logistics, and Transport. Oversee and optimise multi-site operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and strong financial performance. Deliver and embed organisational change programmes to improve efficiency and outcomes. Lead, develop, and inspire a large, diverse workforce. Foster strong stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring contractual and service excellence.
