Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+)
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Account Manager to join a fast-growing automotive business during a period of significant expansion. This newly created role focuses on building and managing relationships with motor trade partners, securing remarketing deals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B relationships with garages, MOT centres, insurance companies, and other motor trade businesses.
- Negotiate and secure remarketing deals for MOT failures, insurance write-offs, and low-value part exchanges.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to maximise retention and profitability.
- Use technology platforms and CRM systems to streamline processes and close deals efficiently.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth vehicle logistics and aftersales service.
Skills & Experience Required
- Commercially minded with proven sales success, ideally within the motor trade, automotive remarketing, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers in garages, MOT centres, and dealerships.
- Understanding of vehicle sourcing, valuation, or disposal processes is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ownership and initiative are key.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and mobile technology platforms for account management and reporting.
