We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join a growing maintenance team covering domestic properties across Central London and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role carrying out reactive maintenance, testing, inspections, and minor installation works within occupied homes. If you enjoy variety in your day, working independently, and providing a high standard of service, this could be a great fit.
What’s on offer:
- £45,000 basic salary
- Company van & materials provided
- Weekly call-out payment (£150 per week on rota)
- Overtime available
- Mon–Fri: x1 rate
- Saturday: x1.5 rate
- Sunday: x2 rate
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
The Role:
- Reactive electrical maintenance
- Electrical testing & certification
- EICRs and periodic testing
- Minor installation works
- Repairs to cookers, showers & fireplaces
- Working independently using a tablet-based system
- Delivering excellent customer service in occupied properties
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition
- AM2
- 2391 / 2395 Testing & Inspection
- ECS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience within domestic maintenance/housing environments preferred
