We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy and fast-paced responsive repairs team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work across a variety of maintenance tasks.
You’ll be working across residential properties, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance tasks
- Deliver high-quality work across multiple trades, with a focus on plumbing and carpentry
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
- Participate in an out-of-hours rota (including weekends)
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
- Strong competency in plumbing and carpentry (essential)
- Experience working within:
- Responsive repairs
- Voids / property maintenance
- Housing association, local authority, or MOD contracts (preferred)
- Relevant trade qualifications or recognised multi-trade / property maintenance background
- Must live within a 20-mile radius of High Wycombe
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Willingness to take part in an out-of-hours rota
- £35-£40K
- Ongoing, stable work within a secured contract
