THE ROLE
We're hiring Domestic Appliance Engineers who want more than just a van and a call sheet. This role is for someone who wants to own a region, lead future hires, and help us build a better service model from the inside out. You’ll be responsible for installing and repairing major domestic appliances, including fridge freezers - with full support from HQ and access to an integrated logistics and tracking system. You’ll also have a say in how we grow your patch, including helping us streamline parts, storage, and disposal logistics. We are currently at 5 engineers and growing to 12 within the next year. We’re hiring in: East London: One regional engineer with long-term leadership potential. We believe in quality over quantity of jobs. We stack jobs in regional hubs that we serve to significantly reduce downtime such as wasted time sitting in traffic, etc. We aim for you to complete 8-10 jobs per day. We do not offer overtime.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Install and repair domestic appliances (washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, fridge freezers, etc.)
- Work in modern, high-spec apartment buildings—not rushed, volume-based routes
- Take full ownership of jobs, from service to reporting to resident experience
- Confidently repair, remove, and install fridge freezers, including safe handling and storage
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in domestic appliance repair
- Strong initiative, independent thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Confidence working across core white goods (no gas / no small domestic)
- Professional, reliable and genuinely committed to delivering quality work
