Position: Field Sales Executive, Business Development Executive
Location: Berkshire, Basingstoke, Heathrow
Salary: £30k-37k depending on experience, car allowance, good commission
A really great opening for either an experienced field sales executive with Waste, Recycling, Skip, Construction sales or plant experience, or an individual who has a great sales background and wants to move into this sector.
The role: This role is all about new business; you will have a region to cover anywhere from Heathrow to Basingstoke. You will be selling 2-3 different services from trade waste to skips and rental machinery. This role will not be micro-managed and with this in mind, my client is only interested in individuals that are 100% driven and self-motivated. You will be expected to build your pipeline and have a continuous flow of clients that you are talking to.
The Ideal Candidate: Driven, disciplined, hungry, loves sales, enjoys managing their own day and week. Must be organised and demonstrate you can work to a structure. In return, you will be joining a really good business with the opportunity to progress.
