An exciting opportunity has arisen for ambitious and driven Telesales Executives to join a growing commercial sales team within a well-established waste management and facilities services business in Bristol. This organisation is widely recognised across the region for delivering essential environmental services and is now investing heavily into the growth of its commercial division. The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the commercial division through proactive outbound sales activity. You will be engaging with SME businesses, identifying opportunities for commercial waste and FM services, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of a newly developing sales team. This is an office-based role, with the option to work from either:
- Central Bristol office (Albert Road)
- Avonmouth office (Kings Weston Lane, BS11 0YS)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to prospective SME customers
- Promote commercial waste management and FM service solutions
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Develop strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and sales activity on CRM systems
- Work collaboratively with the wider commercial sales team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous telesales, internal sales, or outbound sales experience
- Experience within waste management, facilities management, utilities, or service-led industries would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident making high-volume outbound calls
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to sales
