Experienced Operations Manager required to lead large-scale frontline service teams across a busy, high-profile contract. My client is only interested in individuals that have genuine drive and desire to build successful teams and services and who want to grow with them.

The Role:
- Lead and support a team of Operational Supervisors overseeing a large frontline workforce.
- Manage day-to-day operational delivery across all services.
- Make key judgement calls around priorities, scheduling, deployment and reactive service demands.
- Drive consistency, performance and accountability across a large unionised workforce.
- Support planning and improvement activity in a challenging, high-volume operational environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong operations management/Contract Management experience leading large frontline or field-based teams.
- Excellent man-management, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Background in street running complex operations, waste, FM, environmental services, logistics, transport, military or similar operational environments.
- Confident working with reactive priorities, workforce planning and operational deployment.
- Resilient, consistent and able to lead effectively in a unionised or complex workforce setting.
