The Role:

  • Manage and develop a major client account ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, reporting improvements and innovative waste management solutions across multiple sites.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to increase service adoption and revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with operations, compliance and support teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Prepare performance reviews, monitor contract performance and support long-term account development strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Account Management experience within the Waste, Recycling or Environmental sector.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability, waste streams and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Organised, structured and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and confident working independently as well as within a wider team.
