Opus Vitae are recruiting for a Design Engineer (Mechanical based) to join a fantastic long-standing client based in the Welshpool area. The starting salary will be £40,000, with a 40 hour working week with a choice of 4 or 5 days a week.
The Role
- Completing designs for sheet metal products along with fabrication drawings.
- Modify any current products to customer requirements.
- Work in conjunction with different departments ranging from assembly, production, engineering & any additionals required.
- Strong attention to detail required to ensure adaptability of designs.
Previous Experience & Information
- Experience in 2D/3D AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of other 3D design software.
- Working within a structured ISO 9001 environment.
- Opportunity to work with different departments.
