DMOS People are currently recruiting for an Admin to join a fantastic team based in the Wrexham area. The successful candidate MUST hold prior SAP experience.
The role will initially be 8am-4pm for training, however, the role will flip to a 4on 4off basis, covering 6am-6pm. This will NOT include night shift hours.
The Role
- To update warehouse management systems with details of stock receipts, stock movements and stock discrepancies.
- To perform the requirements of the role to a right first time, every time methodology.
- To report all identified issues or problems to your Team Leader in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all requests or instructions communicated by your Team Leader/Manager, in relation to duties, policies and procedures are carried out in full.
- To operate company equipment in a safe and proper fashion and in accordance with company policies, procedures and legislation.
- To attend shift briefings, to understand KPIs on area Performance Boards and to raise issues for resolution by team.
- To ensure that all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, Company policies and procedures, standing instructions and contract practices.
