We're currently seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team and play a vital role in our environmental services operations.Operating from our Quarrington depot , you'll safely collect and transport commercial waste using our modern fleet.
Enjoy consistent MondayFriday AM shift with all breaks paid and opportunities for occasional Saturday overtime.Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles (RCVs) for waste collections.Collections: Facilitate the collection of wheeled bin containers.Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to maximize productivity and minimize environmental impact.Safety: Adhere to waste duty of care regulations and strict health and safety standards.Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence + current Driver CPC.Compliance: Digital tachograph card.Experience: Previous experience in waste sector operations is preferred.Fitness: Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.What We Offer Hourly Pay : £ 15.92 /hour Overtime paid after 40 hours x1.Work-Life Balance: Fixed shifts with occasional Saturday overtime options.Full Support: PPE/uniform provided plus ongoing training.Modern Fleet: Well-maintained RCVs equipped with advanced safety features.We value waste.Were in the business of waste management but that doesnt just mean collecting bins.
