- Trade Waste: Starts at 5 am, finishing between 1 pm 2:30 pm.
- Skips: Starts at 6 am, finishing between 4 pm 4:30 pm.
- Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles for Trade Waste or Skip collections.
- Plan efficient routes to maximise productivity and minimise environmental impact.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sites are tidy and bins/skips are correctly positioned.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.
- Adhere to waste duty of care regulations, drivers hours, and health/safety standards.
- Valid UK Class 2 licence + current Driver CPC.
- Digital tachograph card.
- Previous experience in waste sector operations (Trade or Skip experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of environmental compliance and safety.
- Customer-focused communication skills.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- Pay Rate: £13.00 £15.00 per hour (depending on experience).
- Overtime: the base rate.
- Holidays: 28 days per year.
- Work-Life Balance: Predictable MondayFriday shifts with a 15-minute paid break.
