With over 120 fully qualified surveyors, the firm offers comprehensive residential and commercial property services, including property sales and leasing. DM Hall is a leader in delivering high-quality and dependable property solutions.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Surveyor or Director at DM Hall, located in Cornwall. As a key member of our South-West team, you will undertake property inspections of high value residential property in some of Cornwall’s most spectacular locations, and also undertake a range of commercial property work. The ability to undertake residential and/or commercial valuations or a willingness to be involved in expert witness work would also be of interest. Additionally, you will contribute to business development, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Professional qualifications and experience as a chartered surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a strong understanding of RICS standards.
- Proficiency in inspection processes for residential and commercial properties.
- Excellent client relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Familiarity with the South-West property market and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in relevant property software systems and IT tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
