As a Graduate/Trainee Residential Surveyor, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship as you work towards independently becoming a Chartered (MRICS) or Associate (AssocRICS) Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Residential Surveyors undertake a wide range of surveys and valuations, such as:

  • Home Reports
  • Pre-purchase Surveys
  • Mortgage Valuation Reports
  • Tax Valuations
  • Energy Performance Certificates

A key part of your development will involve learning how to inspect and value residential properties, identify defects, and advise clients. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of residential properties and client needs, while working closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors.
