We are looking for a Graduate/Trainee Residential Surveyor to join our team in the Kirkcaldy/Fife area. About the Role
As a Graduate/Trainee Residential Surveyor, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship as you work towards independently becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Residential Surveyors undertake a wide range of surveys and valuations, such as:
• Home Reports
• Pre-purchase Surveys
• Mortgage Valuation Reports
• Tax Valuations
• Energy Performance Certificates
A key part of your development will involve learning how to inspect and value residential properties, identify defects, and advise clients. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of residential properties and client needs, while working closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors.
