Commercial Valuation Surveyor – Glasgow

We have a vacancy for an ambitious individual to join our Glasgow Commercial Valuation department, reporting to Partner Ian Woods. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team covering Glasgow and the West of Scotland, including the Islands. In this role, you will assist a range of clients and be offered an opportunity for career variety and progression.

Ian is looking for a candidate with rigorous technical skills and one who will take an active role in business development. As we move to paper-light, we expect you to be comfortable adapting to new technology and systems.

The team welcomes applications from those who have achieved MRICS, and you will likely be up to 3 years post-qualified.

(All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a clean driving licence).
