We have an exciting opportunity available for a Building Surveyor to join our busy, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Building Consultancy team in the North Region, with operations across Scotland. The successful candidate will provide services to a wide range of clients, covering the full spectrum of Building Surveying instructions, including pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, project management, and development monitoring.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Chartered Building Surveyor or due to sit the Assessment of Professional Competence soon
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commercially minded and client-focused
- Experience in pre-acquisition and building surveys is preferred
The role offers a competitive salary and may include a company car, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to join our expanding team during a period of growth in the North Region and across Scotland.
