Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Rechnungsprüfung: Sie leisten Mitarbeit im Bereich der Warenrechnungsprüfung und sind verantwortlich für eine sorgfältige Prüfung von Warenrechnungen sowie der Einhaltung interner und gesetzlicher Vorgaben. Sie bearbeiten komplexere Rechnungsfälle, klären Unstimmigkeiten mit Lieferant:innen und internen Fachabteilungen.
- Belegverarbeitung: Sie unterstützen im Bereich der elektronischen Belegverarbeitung, z.B. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI Invoice) oder elektronischer Lieferscheinavis (DESADV), um eine effiziente Warenrechnungsprüfung zu gewährleisten.
- Auswertungen und Analysen: Sie führen regelmäßig Auswertungen, Analysen und qualitätssichernde Prüfprozesse im Bereich Bestandsführung durch und klären etwaige Auffälligkeiten proaktiv ab.
- Prozessverbesserungen: Sie erkennen eigenständig Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und gestalten konzeptionell warenwirtschaftliche Prozesse in nationalen sowie internationalen Initiativen und Projekten.
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Abteilungen, dm Märkten und unseren verbundenen Ländern in Süd- und Osteuropa zusammen, um eine kundenorientierte Kommunikation sicherzustellen.
Anforderungen – Das bringen Sie mit:
- Ausbildung und Erfahrung: Kaufmännischer Schulabschluss oder Lehrabschluss sowie erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen.
- Kenntnisse: Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel; erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
