Arbeit anders leben: Das Team des Warenprozessmanagements ist im Rechnungswesen angesiedelt und trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für die korrekte Bestandsführung und -bewertung – sowohl national für dm Österreich als auch international für die verbundenen Länder der Teilgruppe. Das Team steuert die warenwirtschaftlichen Prozesse und sorgt für eine verlässliche Bewertung der Artikel für den Jahresabschluss. Als Data Analyst (w/m/d) sind Sie in diesem Team federführend für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Inventur- und Bestandsberichtswesens verantwortlich. Diese neue Funktion umfasst die Erstellung komplexer Auswertungen auf Basis von DWH, SAP und weiteren Datenquellen, Analyse der Daten sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung des Warenprozesses.

Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Inventurberichtswesen: Erstellung von Auswertungen komplexer Berichte auf Basis von DWH, SAP und weiteren Datenquellen und Analyse sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen.
- Des weiteren Ausbau und Optimierung des Data Warehouse Berichtswesens im Inventurbereich.
- Prozessmanagement & -optimierung: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Warenprozessen, aktives Einbringen von innovativen Lösungen und Mitwirkung bei deren Umsetzung.
- Kommunikation: Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stehen Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, den dm Märkten sowie unseren verbundenen Ländern.
- Schnittstellenfunktion: Sie fungieren als Ansprechperson für warenwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen im dm-Konzern und sind eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Einkauf, Logistik und Finanzen + Controlling im Unternehmen.
- Projektarbeit: Initiierung, Mitarbeit und Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung des Inventur- und Bestandswesens.
Anforderungen – Das bringen Sie mit:
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung alternativ eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung.
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse: Einschlägige praktische Erfahrung in der Analyse großer Datenmengen und in der Datenaufbereitung, idealerweise im Inventur- oder Bestandsumfeld.
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Data Warehouse Systemen, SAP-Daten und DWH-Strukturen sowie Verständnis komplexer Prozesszusammenhänge in Inventur, Vertrieb und Finanzen.
- Offenheit für die Mitgestaltung von Prozessveränderungen.
- Verantwortungsbewusste, eigeninitiierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken.
- Freude an übergreifender, lösungsorientierter Zusammenarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Teams.
