Apprentice in Nails/Beauty

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice year old) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while developing their skills NAILS/BEAUTY and customer service. The Apprentice will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of the industry while contributing to our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Receptionist role
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the proper care of tools and products.
• Support team members with various tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in makeup techniques and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Training in level 2/3 Beauty
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about the beauty industry who is eager to learn and grow within a professional setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.21-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
