The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and maintain high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are hygienic, tidy, and presentable, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy maintaining a clean and organised space.
Monday - Sunday 6.30-7.30am 1 hour per day 7 days per week
Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to company standards and protocols for cleaning procedures
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is desirable
