What\’s the opportunity?
As our Pricing Manager, you will drive revenue growth by leading cross-functional initiatives across Finance, People, Sales, Client Groups, and Legal. This role is ideal for an analytical project management professional who excels at turning insights into action and aligning teams for execution.
What will I be doing?
- Acting as the global Pricing Manager business partner of the company.
- Defining and executing pricing strategies through the team to maximize profitability.
- Defining benchmarks by country, vertical, product, and other dimensions.
- Supporting the team in high-impact pricing proposals.
- Securing compliance with dLocal\’s pricing policy.
- Defining a system to capture customer benchmarks and reinforce the pricing model.
- Driving efficiencies by designing and implementing automated processes and tools; removing roadblocks to achieve operational excellence.
- Conducting analyses to understand the revenue impact of specific projects or policies.
- Tracking tasks against the project plan to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives.
- Contributing to the execution of commercial plans by establishing clear goals and tracking results.
What skills do I need?
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong mix of commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
- A strategic mindset with strengths in data analytics, systems thinking and a drive for automation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Looker, HubSpot CRM, CPQ modules, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience in roles like Pricing Manager/Analyst, Sales, or Finance is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability and ownership.
- Experience in the payments industry is a strong advantage.
- Advanced English.
