About the Role
dLocal is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead the Strategic Alignment & Execution pillar of our team working closely with the CEO, the C-Suite and the Board. This is a high-level "Chief of Staff" style role company-wide designed for a "Builder and Doer" who can turn high-level strategy into operational reality. You will be the engine behind our leadership cadences—driving annual planning, setting objectives/KPIs, and managing Board-level communications. Beyond alignment, you will act as an internal consultant on the company’s most important Strategy & Ops projects, identifying growth opportunities and efficiencies to help dLocal scale across 40+ emerging markets.
