As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the UK FA&O sales teams to achieve sales targets. You’ll manage contract documentation, quoting for smaller dealerships, and ensure timely validation and activation of contracts. You’ll be a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Day to Day
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Support the sales team by managing incoming contract documentation and telephone queries.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution of issues.
- Complete quoting activity for smaller dealerships, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales strategy.
- Validate contracts and perform system data entry with high attention to detail.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless processing.
- Maintain CRM and other systems with up-to-date and accurate information.
- Identify and signal sales opportunities to the sales team.
- Participate in relevant regulatory examinations and ensure compliance with company policies.
