As the AF Program Manager EME, you will be responsible for the Europe & Middle East (EME) region, with a focus on Europe. You will define the commercial strategy for all AGCO brands in EME, develop relationships with senior sales and marketing leadership, and act as the key contact for retail financing solutions, programs, and projects. Your responsibilities include driving market share growth, executing sales actions, supporting sales campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally. Find out more about unleashing your potential at DLL. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Implement and execute AF\'s strategic objectives with AGCO brand partners. Strategy Development: Develop strategies to increase retail finance penetration and expand market share. Executive Reviews: Conduct strategic reviews with sales & marketing leadership. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships across multiple functions and partners. Campaign Coordination: Oversee retail finance campaigns aligning with sales teams. Data-Driven Innovation: Use data to innovate and promote new finance products. Product Development Support: Support development of new finance solutions. Representation: Represent AF in sales meetings and partnerships. Coordination: Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure satisfaction and delivery.
