On a day-to-day basis you will be:
- Monitoring debtors to ensure timely payments
- Dealing with any payment delays promptly
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Liaising with clients and internal teams over billing issues
- Processing credit notes
- Managing the inbox
Full training will be given. This role will suit an individual who is not only confident with numbers but who is also confident on the phone liaising with clients and internal colleagues alike, has a strong work ethic, and an upbeat positive personality. The role is initially based in the office full time; however, in time it offers the possibility of working from home 2-3 days a week.
