The role plays a central role in helping the firm maximise the visibility, reach and effectiveness of its content, campaigns and thought leadership across digital channels. Working with Communications, Marketing and Business Development, practice groups, sectors and external agencies, the role is responsible for planning, delivering, optimising and reporting on digital marketing activity that supports the firm's strategic priorities and enhances engagement with target audiences.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using data, insight and digital channel expertise to improve campaign performance, strengthen audience engagement and support the firm's reputation and growth ambitions.
The role will involve: Digital Campaign Delivery and Optimisation β planning, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximise visibility, engagement and return on investment.
Paid Social Media Management β developing, executing and continuously improving paid social media activity to support firmwide campaigns, events, recruitment initiatives and thought leadership programmes.
Search and Audience Growth β supporting the firm's search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO) activity to enhance discoverability, visibility and audience reach across digital platforms.
Content Promotion and Channel Management β managing the distribution and amplification of content through email, social media and other digital channels to ensure content reaches relevant audiences and delivers measurable impact. Performance Analysis and Insight β monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign, channel and content performance, translating data into actionable recommendations that improve effectiveness and inform future activity.
Podcast Production and Promotion β supporting the planning, delivery, promotion and performance measurement of the firm's podcast programme and other digital content initiatives.
