b Overview /b p In this role you will drive the growth of Law Flexible Talent in the UK and coordinate with the Head of Flexible Talent and leadership to scale interim legal talent. You will blend lawyer recruitment, business development, and client relationship management to deliver high-quality flexible legal expertise on demand. The position is revenue-focused and highly visible, with opportunities to shape the service as part of DLA Piper’s broader offering. You will work across cross-functional teams to implement best practices and expand the talent network. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Drive revenue growth and market expansion for the Flexible Talent business in the UK /li li Develop and convert opportunities by building relationships with partners, clients and stakeholders /li li Position Flexible Talent as a strategic workforce solution within DLA Pipers offerings /li li Lead end-to-end recruitment and vetting of legal consultants, including sourcing and onboarding /li li Manage client engagement throughout the opportunity lifecycle and negotiate commercial terms /li li Build and maintain a network of interim legal professionals; manage lifecycle from engagement to redeployment /li li Oversee recruitment and consultant lifecycle processes; ensure exceptional consultant experience /li li Champion operational excellence, data integrity, and performance reporting /li li Represent the business in brand, marketing, events and market presence initiatives /li li Collaborate with HR and leadership to align best practices and drive international growth /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5+ years of experience in legal recruitment, preferably within a law firm or professional services /li li Strong commercial awareness and track record in revenue generation /li li Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage rate negotiations /li li Excellent relationship-building and client-facing skills /li li Organisational ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment /li li Understanding of legal practice areas and contractor legislation (IR35 advantageous) /li /ul ul li relationship-building /li li commercial acumen /li li integrity and ethical hiring /li li experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) /li li HR software and marketing software familiarity /li li data reporting and performance tracking /li /ul
