Overview

In this role you drive visibility and engagement for the firm’s content, campaigns and thought leadership across digital channels. You’ll partner with Communications, Marketing and Business Development to plan, deliver and optimise digital activity aligned to strategic priorities, using data-driven insights to improve performance. You’ll shape audience reach, improve campaign outcomes and support the firm’s reputation and growth. The opportunity combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and optimise paid social campaigns across channels to meet objectives and ROI targets
  • Coordinate digital marketing strategies for global campaigns, thought leadership programs, events and priority initiatives
  • Explore AI-enabled improvements to digital communications processes and outputs
  • Promote and amplify content via social, email and other channels to maximise audience reach and engagement
  • Plan, produce, promote and analyse the firm’s podcast and other digital content initiatives
  • Monitor campaign/channel performance and deliver regular, actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Advance SEO and generative SEO efforts to boost discoverability across platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on digital marketing approaches and best channels

Key requirements

  • Demonstrable digital marketing experience and strong channel understanding
  • Experience planning, managing and optimising paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO and interest in generative SEO approaches
  • Experience with email marketing, content promotion and audience development
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate into actionable insights (Power BI a plus)
  • Knowledge/enthusiasm for AI-powered tools and innovation in automation
  • Experience managing multiple projects with high delivery standards
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across levels
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain digital concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience managing external agencies, suppliers or partners
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
