Job Description Finance Associate, 1-4 PQE, £72,000 to £80,000, International firm, Manchester A Manchester finance team within an international firm is recruiting at 1 to 4 PQE. The team sits inside a national banking practice running regional, national and cross-border transactions, with flexible and agile working in place. You will draft and lead the negotiation of principal finance documents rather than working behind a senior on the papers. At this level that is early exposure, and it comes with a team around you rather than in place of one. The work spans corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance. Clients include clearing banks, private credit funds, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers ranging from high-growth SMEs through to FTSE listed businesses, so you see both sides of the table across the debt spectrum. Multi-jurisdictional matters are routed through the firm's overseas network, which means international work reaches you in Manchester rather than being retained in London. The Manchester team is integrated with the wider national practice, so you can work across offices while keeping a Manchester client base. The practice is highly ranked and growing, and associates are expected to take a role in transaction management and to start building their own client relationships and business development profile as they progress.
