This role exists to deliver high-quality, efficient legal support as part of our Legal Delivery Centre in Leeds, helping to streamline and scale legal services across the firm. As a Paralegal, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK, Australia, and Germany to support document-heavy and process-driven legal work using innovative tools and methods. Your contribution will enable our lawyers to focus on complex advisory matters, enhancing client service and operational excellence. Main duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality legal support across contentious, transactional, or real estate matters, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in all outputs.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities by working flexibly across teams and legal disciplines, contributing to the LDC's ability to respond to changing client and business needs.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, clients, to support seamless service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop legal capability and confidence through structured training and exposure to increasingly complex tasks, enabling progression within the team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes and enhance the quality and speed of legal service delivery.

About you

  • Completed or near completion of a law degree (or non-law degree with a law conversion qualification), demonstrating a solid foundation in legal principles.
  • Proven academic excellence, reflecting strong analytical thinking and a commitment to high performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in document review and legal processes.
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex information clearly and build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
