We’re now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our International Business Services team, someone who can operate as a trusted adviser and drive meaningful impact across our people agenda.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver impactful people strategies
- Provide insight, challenge, and guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and business decisions
- Support and drive transformation and change initiatives across the business
- Collaborate with global HRBP peers and Centres of Excellence to deliver international priorities locally
- Coach and develop leaders to strengthen management capability and performance
- Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects aligned to business needs
- Manage complex employee relations matters and provide escalation support

- Proven experience driving organisational change and supporting leadership teams
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes
