We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Support professional to join our Leeds studio on a part-time basis. This is a varied, business-wide role at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting reception, administration, contracts coordination, and studio support activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, maintaining front‑of‑house excellence, and supporting key business systems and processes across the wider practice. Working closely with the studio management team, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of core administrative and coordination functions while contributing to a collaborative and fast‑paced working environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Reception Role (Business-wide role)
- Acting as the first point of contact for the business, this role ensures a professional and efficient front‑of‑house service while supporting communication across studios.
- Switchboard (coordination with London)
- Managing the reception inbox
- Managing the secretarial inbox
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post (when required)
- Dealing with couriers
- General Administration (Leeds/Manchester)
- Providing essential administrative support to the studio, this role ensures the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations and travel coordination.
- General admin support within the studio
- Booking train tickets and accommodation for awards and events (following PO approval)
- Booking train tickets and accommodation for project‑related business travel (following PO approval)
- Ordering consumables in conjunction with accounts (e.g. stationery and office supplies)
- Facilities (Leeds)
- Supporting the upkeep of a well‑presented and functional office environment, this role helps ensure smooth facilities operations across the studio.
- Organising access cards
- Topping up and cleaning the coffee machine
- Supporting liaison with management company and landlord.
- Appointments & Contracts (Business‑wide)
- This area supports the coordination and tracking of key contractual and appointment processes across the business.
- Managing the dlacontracts inbox

- Tracking potential PII claims.
- Business Management System (Business‑wide)
- Supporting the ongoing development and consistency of internal systems, this function helps ensure effective process control across the business.

- Providing flexible support as required, this role works closely with the studio management team to assist with day‑to‑day operational needs.
