At least 2 – 5 years post qualification experience, ideally with education sector experience but not essential.
- Working understanding of the Planning process and Building Regulations.
- Capable of independently producing and reviewing technical packages of information.
- Ability to work under own initiative, establishing a proactive method of working.
- Good written, verbal and graphical communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Resourcefulness and willingness to research and develop new ideas and solutions.
- Where appropriate assist with Client Liaison and attend design team meetings with other professionals.
- Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of DLA Design’s procedures and standards including use of the DLA Business Management System.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package with knowledge of Revit drafting software.
